How can we transform walls into bridges, and create more dialogue between all the different voices aroun the migration situation in Europe?
With financial support of Erasmus+ and Movetia we develop an innovative process based in tools of Process Work and Deep Democracy to accompany organizations as well as individuals to promote dialogue and gain tools in leadership and conflict transformation.
Altekio, iniciativas hacia la sostenibilidad, S.Coop.Mad. is a non-lucrative workers cooperative created in 2008 with the idea of offering solutions from an integral perspective to the social, ecological and economic problems of the communities and territories. We generate ideas and develop projects in the areas of environment, community development and social economy.
Tekio calls community work in which each member of the community offers what he/she has for projects that contribute to the common benefit. It is a word that comes from the indigenous communities of the region of Oaxaca, Mexico. Going ‘al Tekio’ is the sense, the attitude and the option that unites us. The initiatives towards sustainability are our work, the common work in which each person of the cooperative contributes with their baggage and their future.

Deep Democracy Denmark is a non-profit organization, mainly active in the Danish capital area, but has some experience in facilitating groups in European countries, as well as experience in East Africa. The organization’s objectives are to promote a democratic dialogue that includes attitudes and people who are usually marginalized and not heard. We strive to overcome situations where conflict is allowed to diminish efficiency or even destroy collaboration in a group. We do this by organizing and facilitating open and inclusive events, in which there is room for opposing points of view, tensions and emotions.
A main part of our activities is also to train people who work as consultants, facilitators and social workers in conflict resolution, facilitation and dialogue.
The organization has facilitated several meetings, including dialogues on topics such as refugees and immigrants in Denmark, the privileges of being Danish, etc. The organization has facilitated an Open Forum on minority-majority issues in a multi-ethnic area of Copenhagen.

ASSOCIAZIONE COMUNITAZIONE encourages and promotes civil society participation, facilitation of large and small groups, community building, participatory planning, innovation in social dynamics through active citizenship. We study and use communication starting with listening, and promoting the creation of spaces for dialogue, the dissemination of ideas and the strengthening of a deeper sense of community.
The area in which the organization operates is more inherent to the processes and dynamics of relationships within teams and work groups. By accompanying actions in the processes of empowerment of the actors that operate in the community, the construction and consolidation of networks, the formation of internal teams in the institutions, COMUNITAZIONE plays a role in supporting the identity processes of groups and teams. This occurs thanks to the use of tools related to the field of facilitation, the systemic approach and work by processes, whose integrated use leads to a greater understanding of the submerged dynamics that operate both in an organization as in a community of people.
The main axes of communication work are currently carried out in two different but complementary operational spheres: on the one hand, facilitation and training and, on the other, the development of participatory processes at the community level.
